RECOVERY RETREAT: MAINTAINING AND THRIVING
NORTHWEST WOODS OF EAST HAMPTON
UNDISCLOSED PRIVATE LOCATION
SEPTEMBER 13 (6:00PM) – SEPTEMBER 15 (3:00 PM), 2019
Our recovery retreats are designed for individuals who are stable in their recovery from addiction. Participants are encouraged to have a minimum of 6 months in recovery. The retreat is focused not on how to get sober or abstinent, but rather on how to live a meaningful and fulfilling life in recovery, and how to thrive in recovery in the face of ongoing pressures.
With busy lives and a world full or stress and worry, it can be hard to find balance in our daily lives. We believe that wellness can be incorporated into every aspect of life, and is integral to recovery. Our retreat is designed to allow our guests the time and space to disconnect from pressures of daily life and to reconnect with themselves in comfort and serenity in an intimate setting with 3-5 other retreat participants
Participants can expect to nourish their physical, spiritual and emotional self through an extensive list of therapies and wellness activities - from eating well to meditating to getting active, our retreat blends holistic wellness approaches with traditional and non-traditional therapeutic techniques. We instill a simple sense of luxury into every aspect of your time with us.
Our recovery retreats are an opportunity for individuals in recovery to find wholeness, serenity, and healing through holistic activities as well traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approaches. Our natural healing experiences include activities such as yoga, meditation and mindfulness, fitness and nutritional coaching, a nature walk along a private beach, group therapy and processing, and other activities to help you let go of stress, gain insight about yourself and become a healthier and happier version of yourself. There will also be time to allow for participants to take advantage of the private swimming pool or to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature.
